Nvidia plans to expand its presence in southern Israel: The research center in Be’er Sheva is slated to move into a new, three-times-larger building by June 2026. The American chip company announced this on Sunday.

As part of the expansion, Nvidia intends to create hundreds of additional jobs. Plans for a large new site in the greater Haifa area were already revealed in July. Nvidia is currently the world’s most valuable company by market capitalization. Its CEO, Jensen Huang, attributes this success in part to the talent and expertise within Israel.
